German Speaking Customer Service Agent

Position: German speaking Customer Service Agent
Salary: £24,440 p.a. + bonus (£29,240 OTE)
Location: Ringwood/London
Hours: 40 paid hours per week
Shifts: Rotating shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Mon to Sat

Skills Requirements:

Excellent telephone manner
Strong German numeracy and literacy skills
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Previous call centre/back-office experience
