Ideally they would like a candidate who can work on a hybrid arrangement, however if too far, they will consider being flexible on a case by case basis.
For example if you live in Sheffield, some travel or a hotel stay would be expensed for some initial training and then the role would be remote.
They have an opportunity for a likeminded colleague to join them as a German speaking Customer Service executive.
This will be a 2 day a week in the office and 3 days from home split.
Duties
- Dealing with customer care enquiries from German customers
- Advising them on the right products
- Giving information on the products
- Dealing with returns
- Managing any customer issues
