The Advocate Group is partnered with a Global Drinks Business, looking for a Global Brand Manager with FMCG experience and knowledge of the luxury consumer, as well as the digital world. The Role:

• Support the growth of a key brand in the portfolio
• Develop and manage the digital & and content strategy, to effectively target each segment of consumers
• Work with key stakeholders across global marketing functions, regional and local marketing teams to develop and deliver well-executed global marketing programmes.
• Drive the development of Global Brand assets, toolkits, and guidelines that enable the markets to execute brilliantly
• Support local marketing teams in translating Global Brand plans into compelling local brand plans that are executable
• Develop and deliver brand growth drivers to support consumer commitment, long-term equity growth and medium-term P&L performance

The Person:

• Strong brand management experience in a global role, or in a regional role with a great understanding of the global function
• Worked in an FMCG business, ideally drinks, but open to wider categories
• MUST have experience or can demonstrate an understanding of the luxury market/consumer
• Experience of managing P&L
• Experience of developing and delivering a digital strategy
