Your Role:
Definition:
- Command the definition and maintenance of a catalog of standardized products and services, orchestrating the perfect harmony with functional counterparts.
Demand Management:
- Inject energy into spend benchmarks, inspiring a reduction revolution.
- Steer Finance/Controlling through budget reviews with the finesse of a maestro.
Supplier Selection:
- Become the star of supplier evaluation, curating the elite bidders list.
- Craft business cases that resonate and prepare approvals
RfQ Process:
- Direct the program RfQ package, igniting a symphony of quotations.
- Evaluate quotes and negotiate contracts, sharing supplier quote revelations with Category Management.
Awarding:
- Take center stage in selecting suppliers for the grand award.
- Choreograph approvals and sign contracts, maintaining a comprehensive supplier database.
Global Category Strategy:
- Set the stage for the future, defining preferred supplier set requirements.
- Design category guidelines and frame conditions that steal the spotlight.
- Ignite spend productivity ambitions and initiatives that take the audience's breath away.
Supplier Set Management:
- Curate the supplier set, negotiating and signing frame contracts with suppliers that harmonize with their vision.
Supplier Evaluation:
- Take a bow as you annually evaluate suppliers using a standard methodology.
- Engage in discussions on evaluation results and action plans, ensuring preferred suppliers are in perfect tune.
Spend Productivity:
- Lead a sensational performance with action plans that unveil cost improvements.
