Global Claims Director

Could you be our next Global Claims Director who will have oversight of processes, claims adjudication, customer service and SLA’s administrated by the International Division. Create, approve and maintain warranty product terms and conditions. Expert in Building and maintaining strategic business relationships.

The role

The key responsibilities you could be looking after include:

· Named representative on Claims Handling Agreements

· Work with the insurer partners regarding policies, processes and claims performance

· Monitor and appraise Claims Management staff performance

· Oversight and sign off for SLA’s and KPI’s

· Participation in internal/external claims audits

· Participation and input into APCG Monthly Committee meetings

· Ensuring claims are processed in line with applicable contract, policies and regulations

· Other reasonable duties as required.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

· 5 Year + previous warranty or insurance claims team management experience

· Strong technical working knowledge of modern motor vehicles including LGV, PSV, HGV, EV

· Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Access, Excel etc.

· Ability to travel and work abroad for short periods at short notice

Preferred:

· Experience in project management

· Hands on technical experience within the motor industry

· NVQ 2 or above, City and Guilds or equivalent in motor vehicle repair and maintenance

· NVQ 3 or equivalent in Customer Service

· Fluency in languages other than English
