Key Accountabilities
- Developing Account Growth and Retention: Expand and maintain our existing customer base.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Accurately predict and manage sales pipelines.
- Creating Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners.
- Focusing on Large, Long-Established Accounts: Manage a portfolio of significant accounts.
- Driving Growth and Scaling Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities for growth.

This position is based in Germany and offers the support and mentorship of both the local German team and the wider UK team. Travel will be required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Over 5 years of experience in IT channel distribution (e.g., experience of working with / managing the likes of TD Synnex, Exertis, Arrow, Ingram, CMS).
- Proven track record in developing and retaining key accounts.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to drive growth and identify scaling opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
