A bit about the role...

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will play a pivotal role in two major projects, driving change through the Trade Compliance workstreams within the Coffee Network Strategy and EMENA Export Strategy.

The ultimate goals will be to strengthen compliance risk management, improve service levels for Costa franchise and KO `partners/bottlers and implement improvement plans with Costa regional teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure a positive Partner experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead change projects to transform, and internalise in Costa  where appropriate and embed the full range of customs compliance processes
• Provide strategic direction on new legislative requirements in the field of environmental (E&SC) border compliance
• Utilise technologies and AI for Trade Compliance accuracy and efficiency
• Implement customs compliance process automation
• Manage customs brokerage service provision and service level management
• Manage key Customs and compliance touchpoints with 3PL Partners
• Lead, train and develop a team of 3 technical analysts who will:
• Undertake preparation of documentation and instructions to import/export customs brokers
• Ensure documentation is compliant for individual Partner import compliance purposes
• Proactively work with the 3PL/Network Team to identify and resolve operational impacts on service delivery, identifying solutions and process gaps.
• Manage escalation processes with senior GSC, EMENA, Int and Regional Stakeholders to manage customs operational issues, service, and cost performance.
• Develop collaborative relationships with planning, commercialisation, logistics/freight,  finance, TCCC, procurement/buying, legal, technical (Costa Care), tax, technology and master data teams.
• Deputize the team lead and provide a strong role model of Costa values to the team
