SalaryOur client is a leading brand, redefining the Event Industry for the last 15 years, delivering over 250+ events worldwide, leaving their attendees wanting more. As part of their expansion, they are in search of a Global Event Sales Associateto join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate would ideally have a background in customer service and telesales. The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with representatives, take ownership, and manage their pipelines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business and become a part of a well-integrated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including weekly KPIs.
- Identify potential representatives, using LinkedIn, networking, current affairs, and other business sourcing.
- Build relationships with potential representatives to grow own portfolio of clients.
- Engage with representatives such as CxO s, Director Level, or Vice Presidents via phone, LinkedIn, or email.
- Take ownership of the representative sale process, including building and overseeing pipelines.
- Take control of Pre-Event Questionnaires.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.
- Self-starter, conscientious, agile, and enthusiastic.
- Basic salary between GBP23,00-GBP25,000 + bonuses up to GBP10,000.
- Core Working Hours: 8:00 am-4:30 pm (flexible working hours required).
