Global Finance Shared Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

• Manage a large transactional global team across multiple sites
• Responsible for Finance Shared Services consisting of Credit and Collections, Accounts Payable and employee expenses,
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses in accordance to policy,
• Provide consistent and accurate cash forecasting for inflow and outflow activities to achieve cashflow targets,
• Drive process improvement and alignment within the Shared Services organisation,
• Lead and coordinate the annual SOX walkthrough and narrative update process,
• Manage internal and external audits for the UK,
• Serve as Global process owner for SAP ERP system improvements for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable,
• Ensure compliance and adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures,
• Support ad hoc projects and duties as required.

 
The candidate:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Experience within a large complex multi-site business is desirable
• Medium to large team management exposure
• Exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Ability to travel abroad
