Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Coordination Global Manager - UK
Haleon is looking for an experienced and innovative leader to spearhead our newly formed Global Talent Acquisition Coordination Team. With hubs in India, Poland, and Costa Rica, we are committed to transforming our talent acquisition processes, fostering a globally unified team, and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Development:
· Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed team across India, Poland, and Costa Rica.
· Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting a shared global vision.
· Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
· Identify growth opportunities for the team such as taking on new tasks within the hiring experience.
2. Standardization and Process Improvement:
· Establish and embed global standards for recruitment requisition creation, interview scheduling, offer management, and contract creation amongst other items.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains across the talent acquisition coordination function.
· Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to global processes.
3. Automation and Technology Integration:
· Drive the implementation and utilization of automation tools to streamline talent acquisition processes.
· Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance recruitment coordination efficiency.
4. Global Coordination:
· Liaise with regional leaders and stakeholders to understand local nuances and ensure alignment with global strategies.
· Conduct regular virtual meetings and training sessions to foster communication and collaboration within the global team.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the team's success and identify areas for improvement.
5. Quality Assurance:
· Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in recruitment coordination activities.
· Conduct regular audits of processes and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Proven experience leading global Talent Acquisition Coordination teams.
· Demonstrated success in driving process standardization and improvement.
· Track record of implementing and optimizing recruitment coordination tools and automation.
· Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultural backgrounds.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to align global goals with regional requirements.
· Prior experience in managing a diverse and remote team.
