Job Title: Global Payroll Service and Implementation Delivery Manager
Salary: up to £90K + benefits
Location: Berkshire / hybrid
JGA are partnered with a globally recognised professional services consultancy seeking a new Manager to oversee Payroll and Implementation Services.
This role will report directly to the Partner and Principle and the objective is to direct teams in UK and offshore.
Responsibilities:
* Managing delivery of Global Payroll Service
* Implementing Global Payroll contracts
* Driving quality and discipline in the team.
* Part of the SLT; working with Partners, Directors and Principals.
* Managing governance meetings on business objectives and policy.
Experience required:
* Balance of Implementation and Payroll Service Delivery in a multi-country payroll operation.
* Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll implementation services.
* Strong knowledge of multi-country legislation.
* Demonstrable aptitude to manage a large team
* Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale implementation and Payroll Services.
