The Business Services and Outsourcing team are essential to meeting our clients' evolving requirements. As well as delivering long-term, sustainable value to businesses by providing a range of solutions such as accounting, payroll and compliance services, they also play a key role in tying together many of our services across BDO both domestically and internationally. We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our Global Payroll Services (GPS) team as a Billing administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of our supplier invoices in particular the review, coding and tracking of invoices for each client projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and an ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
Good communications skills are essential as the role also requires the successful candidate to liaise with our BDO offices around the world, who are our main suppliers, as well as with colleagues in the GPS team.
Working with multi-currency invoices and experience of Workday financials an advantage.
You'll be someone with:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role with a focus on invoice review/coding.
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Experience of using finance systems an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
