About the Role and the Team
You have an excellent client service mindset and a passion to look behind the scenes of the ad tech and online marketing industry. You possess expertise in one or more of the following areas: Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, Creative/Rich Media/DCO, and enjoy maximizing media effectiveness and efficiency by strategically using these systems for your clients. You are a key player to coach global clients on Adform's products through training, sharing best practices, and by answering client’s requests.
With the help of Adform product expertise, you will be able to consult on solutions that empower our client’s success. You use your industry and media knowledge to monitor the set-up of existing accounts, ensure best-in-class application, and help to exploit Adform's tech-stack to the max.
Your responsibilities
- Act as front-line technical support for client issues and escalations. Work with internal teams to quickly identify issues and work to resolve issues in a timely manner. Be proficient at quickly debugging issues using reports, dev tools, request logging and technology at your disposal
- Take part in QBR’s with accounts teams and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities where the client is able to leverage Adform’s technology more effectively
- Be the main technical point of contact and be responsible for client and campaign onboarding across the various Adform products. Maintain great relationships with global clients and act as their trusted advisor
- Understand client-side JavaScript and how client-side code can be used to measure user journeys and conversions
- Perform post-campaign analysis to understand what went well and what didn’t. Use this analysis to encourage further engagement with clients
- Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients based on their evolving business needs and Adform's product offerings
We expect you to have
- At least 3+ years relevant ad tech industry experience
- Experience in account management, customer support roles, or consultancy
- Experience of working with complex client engagements including technical sales
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
It would be an advantage if you
- Have hands on experience with working on enterprise Ad Servers, DSPs or SSPs

- For candidates in Lithuania, salary starting from 3000 EUR gross monthly. Final offer will depend on experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
