Global Process Owner (ERP / Dynamics) - 6 Month Contract – Outside IR35 – Hybrid (Gloucester)

We are looking for an experienced Global Process Owner / Product Owner to embark on a transformative journey with a FTSE100 manufacturing powerhouse to co-develop business processes to enable the business strategy and operating model delivery across a portfolio of projects and ERP related applications.

The Global Process Owner / Product Owner will also govern process change across the business through the governance framework.

The role will be for an initial 6 months with the view of extension. It will require the successful Global Process Owner to be onsite up to 2 days per week as and when the role requires.

Responsibilities:

• Drive global ERP features aligned with strategic initiatives.
• As the Global Process Owner / Product Owner Lead the charge in standardising and optimising global business processes.
• Provide oversight for end-to-end process design, embedding controls.
• Co-develop global business processes in sync with the operating model.
• Influence stakeholders as a change agent in business process evolution.
• Introduce a formal process management toolkit for sustained progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working within a global environment as a Global Process Owner / Product Owner
• Experience delivering processes and governance within ERP (Dynamics) / Digital related projects / applications.
• Experience within industrial / manufacturing sector would be preferable.
• Proven people management in high-stakes environments.
• Track record of sustainable, transformative process improvements.
• Navigate the complexity of multinational operations with ease.
• Keep the pulse on customer needs for impactful decision-making.

About the role:

• Role: Global Process Owner / Product Owner
• Duration: 6 months
• IR35: Outside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations do not apply)
• Rate: £500-£600 per day
• Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days per week onsite in Gloucester)
