Global Process Owner

Global Process Owner - Hybrid/ Cheltenham - �80,000 - �90,000 + Car allowance + Bonus.

We're excited to be recruiting for a Global Process Owner for a global Engineering company with Head Quarters based in Cheltenham. The role will co-develop organisational processes, enable business strategies across portfolio projects and ERP related applications.

Daily Responsibilities for the Global Process Owner:

- Work with the functional owners for our global businesses governing the Model business processes, ensuring the needs of our operating businesses are translated into a sustainable business processes and system(s) design, driving standardisation and enhance process effectiveness

- Communicating and influencing senior stakeholders, divisional peer groups, product owners and functional networks on business process change

- Deliver continuous improvement with new ways of working to achieve the functional KPIs and efficiency targets

- Introduce / Utilise a formal process management toolkit in assessing. prioritising, communicating and delivering process change linked across any Design Framework and the Communities of Practise

Essential Experience of the Global Process Owner:

- Leadership & people management

- Implementing sustainable transformational business process improvements.

- Functional/operational Leadership within a similar industry

- Knowledge of multinational operational challenges.

- Breadth of understanding of business, processes, systems and strategies

- Relevant professional qualifications
