Description
- Manage and oversee global purchasing activities in the Cleaning category
- Lead negotiation with suppliers to ensure favourable terms - this includes suppliers who have a significant market dominance
- Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies.
- Monitor market trends and adapt procurement strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimise supplier performance to meet quality and delivery objectives.
- Develop and implement sustainable procurement practices.
- Manage and develop a Global Buyer
Profile
A successful Global Senior Buyer should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a global procurement role
- Experience in the Cleaning/FM category
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- An ability to analyse market trends and adapt procurement strategies.
- Experience managing people, and a willingness to do so
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £72,000 - £88,000 per year, plus a car allowance of £6,000 and a bonus of up to 20%.
