Computershare have an excellent opportunity to join our Global Information Security ( GIS ) team as a Global IAM Senior Officer.
Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively support the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.
The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the development, deployment and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses, globally.
A role you will love
The Senior IAM Officer is accountable to the ‘Global Head of InfoSec and IAM’ for the day-to-day implementation, and maintenance of the organisation's Global Identity & Access Management program. Our IAM team provides the governance that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons Through management of the GIS IAM team in this role you will providing coaching and direction, anticipate challenges, drive performance, and improve access management infrastructure and controls across a complex global corporate environment.
The is an exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with senior GIS peers, Computershare Technology Services (CTS), risk management and wider senior stakeholders across EMEA, Oceania and North America.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Head of InfoSec and IAM in developing the organisation's IS program.
- Be accountable to the Head of InfoSec and IAM for implementing, and maintaining the organisation's IS program.
Manage the IAM team in their key responsibilities.
- Identify and analyse IAM-related risks and vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
- Monitor and review IAM controls to ensure they are operating effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support security reviews and attestations to ensure IAM controls are operating and designed effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IAM-related policies, procedures, and standards.
- Produce MI reporting, Board reports and ad hoc reports Maintain awareness of current and emerging threats and technologies and their impact on existing security practices.
What will you bring to the role?
As this is a senior role, the ability to think independently, be proactive, self-motivated with a focus on customer service.
Essential
- Highly experienced within the IAM/Identify Access Management world
- Good understanding of Role Based Access
- Experience implementing CyberArk or SailPoint On Prem Tools Experience in supporting juniors or line management.
It would be ideal for the role holder to obtain a certification in one of the following: CISA / CISM / CISSP / CSA or equivalent, but this is not essential .
