A highly successful international property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit Property Management Surveyor ideally at Senior Surveyor or Associate level within their Bristol office.

Hybrid working policy of usually 3 days in the office but can be negotiable based on candidate's situation.

- Remuneration made up of basic salary, car allowance and bonus

The candidate:
- RICS accredited degree in Real Estate
- Member of RICS, ideally a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience in property management.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to analyse data
- Diplomatic with excellent communication skills.
Must have proven property management experience managing service charges. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level. The individuals character and drive for success is most important.
