Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within large infrastructure projects will make a real impact to my client.

The role will be working in their award winning infrastructure team. Their Infrastructure team work in some of the biggest, most complex, and ambitious infrastructure projects. Working on such things as transforming the energy sector, formed the backbone of Britain’s transport network on High Speed 2, amongst a wide variety of other key high programmes of work.
 
 Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Management team.. You will play an integral part in supporting with the development and delivering the business plan for this rapidly expanding team .

Responsibilities will include:
 

• Managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects to a high level of commercial competency, accountability and quality.
• working closely across multiple disciplines to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within budget to enable growth.
• Provide specialist advice to stakeholders and clients

 
 
To be suitable for the role you will: 
 

• Have A track record of managing and leading projects across highways, rail, energy and utility sectors of the industry.
• Be A member or working towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
• Have Extensive working experience with common forms of Construction Contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, etc
