£23,000pa, Free Parking, On Bus Route, Refreshments and Cooking Facilities, Supportive Team and Excellent Working Environment, 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-3.45pm on Friday Due to continued success of the Doncaster site of a multi-site automotive organisation they now have an exciting opportunity for a Goods In Operative to
join them. You will provide support to the department entering the incoming products onto the CRM whilst: • Coordinate and book in palletised deliveries to ensure a smooth flow of work throughout the day
• Communicate with internal and external customers and colleagues to prioritise tasks, ensuring that customer requirements are met as efficiently as possible within planned resource
• Accurately booking in items and manual processes ensuring KPI’s are met
• Maintain manual and digital records of transactions as appropriate to ensure correct invoicing to Customer
• Undertake stocktaking activities as directed and keep stock control systems up to date
• Maintain a clean and tidy work place following 5S principles
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times We would expect the successful Goods In Operative to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of microsoft office, be an excellent communicator with a friendly and confident telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the companies processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked in a Goods In, administration or warehouse administration position You will be joining the Doncaster site of a company that has been established for over 120 years that have an enviable reputation within the automotive
sector. Working directly with the operations supervisor this role offers a variety on a daily basis. The organisaton are sysnonymous with delivering an
