We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Team Leader to manage the inbound supply chain of inventory through to warehousing storage, delivery and production.

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, are:

• To be the Initial POC for drivers arriving at Factory Goods Inwards to prioritise receipt traffic;

• To co-ordinate the team to manage workload across all responsibilities in a timely manner;

• To continually seek ways to improve the movement and management of materials throughout the factory;

• To implement instructed procedures and disciplines;

• To ensure the integrity of the data input on the receipt of goods, and to resolve any discrepancies within lead time;

• To ensure all waste disposal takes place in compliance with UK legal and Textron requirements;

• To ensure well defined and purposeful communications are used to ensure all operators are fully informed of all relevant business matters;

• To report out on agreed KPIs and Measures for the Goods In area;

• To ensure at all times team members are working in a safe manner and environment that complies with the Company safety and environmental procedures;

• To continually work with the team to identify and implement changes to improve the effectiveness of the team in all areas – safety, quality on-time delivery and production cost;

• To manage the levels of absenteeism and holidays to ensure at all times the correct levels and mix of labour is available to produce the products at the required levels.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills required:
