Are you available to start straight away? We are looking for someone to work within a dynamic team as a Governance Coordinator, supporting effective governance practices and compliance. As part of the team, you'll facilitate Board and Committee meetings, maintain schedules and ensure regulatory compliance. The Governance Coordinator Role
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Collaborating with colleagues and contribute to governance projects
- Providing research and project support on governance matters, reporting outcomes
- Completing assigned actions from the Governance Action Plan and maintain Decisions Log
- Offering governance advice, process invoices, and support regulatory disclosures
- Assisting in event coordination and undertake additional duties as required
The Ideal Governance Coordinator
You will have excellent written and analytical skills, including good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Confidence in Microsoft office and experience in a regulated environment with Boards and Committees ideal. You will be a great communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Due to the nature of the environment you will also be a flexible team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
What You Can Expect as a Governance Coordinator
- Salary - £27,350 per annum (£14.22 per hour)
- 37 hours per Week - 12 Months Contract - Full-time position - Hybrid
