Salary Primary Care Associate Dean

This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the development of Postgraduate General Practice and Primary Care Education throughout the Midlands region . The post holder will work with the Primary Care Deans and Head of Schools and other colleagues in leading the delivery of a wide range of functions to ensure the quality of training within the School.
This Role is to support the Primary and Community Care team at a senior level.
The AD will be part of the senior management team and will have the opportunity to be involved in strategic planning and policy decision making.
The AD will report to the head of the GP School. The AD will work closely with the other GP School ADs, the senior business team and will link with the wider Primary Care Stakeholders as required.
The portfolio will involve responsibility for the wider implementation of multi professional learning environment and multi professional educator approval processes within Primary Care to drive placement expansion and increase educator capacity. This will include strategic development and working closely with all stakeholders, including Training Hubs and HEIs.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
