This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work with HR, leadership and management teams to develop a cohesive EDI strategy and suite of deliverables.
As EDI Partner you will:-
- Lead and implement Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategies.
- Promote and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure EDI policies are consistently practised.
- Monitor and report on EDI metrics within the organisation.
- Provide advice and guidance on EDI matters to all staff members.
- Identify training needs related to EDI and coordinate the delivery of relevant training.
- Manage EDI initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI within the public sector.
Profile
A successful EDI Partner should have:
- A strong understanding of EDI principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing EDI strategies.
- Knowledge of HR operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in project management.
- An ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- CIPD or relevent EDI recognised qualification
- Experience working in Public Sector and Government, Not for Profit, Social Housing or similar
