Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work with HR, leadership and management teams to develop a cohesive EDI strategy and suite of deliverables.

As EDI Partner you will:-

• Lead and implement Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategies.
• Promote and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure EDI policies are consistently practised.
• Monitor and report on EDI metrics within the organisation.
• Provide advice and guidance on EDI matters to all staff members.
• Identify training needs related to EDI and coordinate the delivery of relevant training.
• Manage EDI initiatives and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI within the public sector.

Profile

A successful EDI Partner should have:

• A strong understanding of EDI principles and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing EDI strategies.
• Knowledge of HR operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in project management.
• An ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• CIPD or relevent EDI recognised qualification
• Experience working in Public Sector and Government, Not for Profit, Social Housing or similar
