Strategy, Reward & Policy Business Partner

Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to join well established company as a Strategy, Reward & Policy Business Partner. in this role you'll be our go-to expert on HR policy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and enhancing workplace environment. You'll also support strategic initiatives and activities, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold company's values.

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 40-50k per annum (pro rata)

Hours: part-time, 18 hours per week

The role:

• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organisational growth.


• Foster effective trade union relationships and facilitate policy changes as needed


• Utilise data insights to develop evidence-based initiatives supporting our reward strategy


• Support the development and delivery of pay, reward, and recognition strategies aligned with our objectives.


• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to achieve team objectives and support the business plan.


• Work with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to align HR policies with our inclusion strategy.

Required experience:

• Understanding of pay, reward, and benefits in creating an inclusive employment experience.


• Experience in research and developing employment policies.


• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.


• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.


• Analytical skills to analyse data trends accurately.
