We have an incredible opportunity for you to become an integral part of a dynamic and forward-thinking medical practice. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate GP Practice Manager to join our enowned team and lead us into the future of quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our busy GP practice.
- Coordinate and optimize workflows to ensure seamless patient experiences and smooth clinic operations.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff, encouraging teamwork and promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage budgets, financial records, and billing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
- Forge and cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical or healthcare administration, ideally within a general practice setting.
- Master’s degree or equivalent Finance, Business or Management Qualification, AMSPAR or similar.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things done efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including practice management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- A high degree of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
