NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a small caseload within Lincolnshire
- Manage Social Workers overseeing foster carers
- Be the backup for Social Workers on On Call Duty
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Experienced working in children's services
- Experience as a senior or overseeing a team
