About the Role:

As a graduate in education, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be placed in local schools, where you will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the academic and personal development of students.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons
• Help with classroom management, including student behaviour and engagement
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
• Support individual students or small groups with their learning
• Observe and reflect on teaching and learning practices
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject and achieved at any time.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment
