Graduate Business Development Representative

Commsworld are currently seeking new BDRs to join their rapidly growing and dynamic Edinburgh team after receiving a huge investment dedicated to developing an effective and results driven sales team. As a BDR you will be responsible for identifying new leads and prospective clients, using different communication methods such as cold calling, emailing and networking at events to generate leads and cultivate lasting relationships, so written and verbal communication is a must. You will be forefront in driving revenue growth with a team of passionate and likeminded individuals.
Day to Day responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key decision makers specifically in Tech and SaaS companies.
- Use various prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking and emailing to reach new business opportunities.
- Proactively follow up on leads and organise meetings.
- Reach targets and keep BDM up to date with progress on prospects.
- Work in cross functional internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for clients.
- Be the catalyst for Business Development success
The successful candidate:
- Recent degree-level graduate
- Strong communicator - both verbal and written
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Work well in cross functional teams
- Ability to be consultative when speaking with prospects and potential customers
- Find solutions for clients
