This role is a combination of both Commercial and Supply Chain, requiring someone very comfortable actively problem solving but also having a 360. perspective on a business. They will also desire someone with great interpersonal skills and the ability to solve complex financial queries quickly and precisely. PERSON SPEC:We are looking for someone who can learn fast, problem-solve at speed, think laterally, and make rational decisions quickly, communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.The incoming incumbent must understand and appreciate that this is a fast-paced business, that is highly complex and therefore they will need to be comfortable with working under pressure and at speed. The successful candidates will hold themselves to the values that underpin the business and can both integrate and add value to the team.
