The role:
Based within their Bristol office your role as a Commercial Trainee would initially see you learn all aspects of the business. You will go on a development journey in the role, with your first month based on training and development within various departments. After this time, you will be introduced to your sales targets - representing the company and their full range of products. Dealing with customers from a wide variety of industries, you will receive progression opportunities to move into field sales within the first two years of the role.

What you will do:
First 6 months
Learn a lot!
Maintain and grow sales and profit within an existing customer base
Managing relationships with mechanical and engineering contractors
Dealing with existing accounts and building business relationships
Next 6-12 months
Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
Package:
GBP26,000- 28,000 basic salary
Annual profit share bonus
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
