As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lesson content to students in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that lessons run smoothly, managing student behaviour effectively, and providing support to students as needed. With the guidance and support of our experienced senior leadership and teaching team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and become an engaging and effective educator.
