Graduate Data Exec/Analyst - £DOE - Leeds (Hybrid Options)

My client a highly successful and exciting insights company are looking to expand their current team by bringing in a new early careers professional to learn from their existing senior team. This team love a good strategic challenge and pride themselves on always staying fresh and ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation and thinking.

This would be an ideal role for either a fresh graduate or someone with up to 18 months professional experience and the salary with be dependent on skillset, interview, and what you can bring to the team.

This role will be based from my clients office in Leeds city centre and hybrid working options are available (to be discussed during interview).

Responsibilities:

• Scripting questionnaires
• Managing surveys - working with our suppliers to make sure that we get the right number of completes from the right customers and markets in the right timeframe
• Keeping data quality high - regularly checking the quality of data we receive and actioning any changes or policies in order to keep our data quality as high as possible
• Data analysis via dashboarding software - Using our online research tools to analyse and present the data internally, working closely with the senior team
• Assisting in internal R&D - with a focus on the development and implementation of new methodologies for collecting & analysing data, policies for ensuring a high quality of work and new tools to make everything run more efficiently
• Working in a client and customer facing capacity
• Going on to lead your own end-to-end reporting and research driven projects

Requirements:

• Relevant degree
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Any previous market research or data insights (preferable)
• Experience dealing with large or complex datasets
• Analytical thinking, comfortable with high level numeracy and technical challenges
