We are looking for graduates ideally from Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or Retail Management disciplines. You should be achieving a minimum 2:2 bachelor degree (or international equivalent).
This position can be based in UK, Manchester, however, with operations in more than 60 countries, we are looking for graduates who have a truly international mindset, with additional languages being desirable.
The challenge…
You will take on a real role in our business, as well as charity and business challenges that give you a cross-geographical exposure. As well as sales and other business support functions, the program will cover all parts of the supply chain, from producer, to manufacturer, to the shop floor. Beyond your different job rotations you will also get multiple coaches helping your grow and you will be exposed to multiple trainings, increasing your business acumen and personal leadership skills.
