About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join a friendly team working from our Western region and based on our various developments within Somerset & Devon on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role will include;
- Managing on-site administration;
- Maintain the highest standard of health and safety;
- Ensure show homes are presented to the highest quality and escalating any issues to the appropriate manager;
- Build positive relationships with customers and external parties;
- Ensure the home buying process is efficient;
- The role covers a 5 day week which includes weekends.
About You
- You must be driven and have the desire to succeed;
- You must be ambitious and be looking for a career;
- You must be a good communicator in both verbal and written communication;
- Well presented and organised;
- Full UK driving licence;
- IT literate using Microsoft suite.
