As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Paignton area.

- 21 days of annual leave
- Working Hours Monday - Friday & Every other Saturday (1 day off in the week and every Sunday off including Every other weekend off)
- Working bank holidays on a rota basis

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities
Experience essential for this role:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in a similar role preferred ideally 2 years +
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
