Senior Sales Executive

What are we looking for?
My client are looking to expand their Engineering Team with the appointment of an experienced Senior Sales Executive. The successful applicant will report directly to the Sales Manager and the role will inevitably involve occasional customer field visits, some overseas travel and attendance at trade exhibitions
Typical Responsibilities.
* Managing a team of sales engineers and administration staff.
* Developing enquiries, building a sales pipeline, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
* Key account development and management
* Creating harmonious working relationship with all other areas of the company including daily dialogue with the manufacturing group.
* Assisting senior management with planning, budgeting, and business development
Experience required
* Have a marine Industry background working in a technical//engineering related environment.
* Either be operating as a sales manager or looking to take that first step into sales management.
* Possess energy, enthusiasm and ambition and a person who thrives on a challenge and sense of achievement.
* Hold a current UK driving licence.
