Job Title:Graduate Finance Recruiter

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 18:00,Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (occasional overtime).

Location: Potters Bar (11 minutes by train from Finsbury Park overground station).

Attractive salary + monthly commission + quarterly bonus

Handpicked Recruitment is a boutique finance recruitment agency with a strong focus on the maritime and offshore sectors. The company is primarily based in Potters Bar with a strategic hub in London's Mayfair. The business is still in its early stages of growth with three full-time employees supporting the Managing Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to develop themselves, in a collaborative team, and establish the foundations to become a High-performing, Specialist Finance Recruiter.

Job Description:

• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using LinkedIn, multiple job boards and updating our candidate database
• Advertising new roles on various job boards using high attention to detail
• Maintaining the company's two websites with up-to-date vacancies
• Client relationship management
• Business Development: you will learn how to generate leads for the recruitment industry using various means including mailshots, telecommunications, job boards etc.
• General admin and other adhoc tasks

Education & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (min 2:2) or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivated
• Eager and willingness to learn
• IT Literate - MS packages, Database and social media
