Job Description – Graduate History Teaching Assistant
- Support History across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- State-of-the-art Academy School – 450 pupils 11-16 years
- History graduate needed – 1st and 2.1 degrees are preferred
- Diverse and multi-cultural catchment area
- Planned teacher training from September 2025
- As a Graduate History Teaching Assistant – earn £475 to £520 per week
- Social working hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3.30pm

Beginning in September of 2024, this school is looking for passionate history graduates to step into the role of Graduate History Teaching Assistant, aiming to provide the best quality education and support to their students.
Whilst experience of working with children is beneficial, it is not essential. If you have in-depth subject knowledge, confidence and the charisma to fit into a thriving department, you will have the ability to help inspire students who are keen to learn.
