Our Group Information Services department (GIS) are dedicated to innovation and excellence in IT services. As we embark on a journey to implement a new Product Delivery framework, we are seeking talented individuals to help us build a function that will shape the future of our organisation.
What you’ll do
As a Graduate IT Product Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in embedding a project framework both internally and externally. Working collaboratively across GIS you will support the Delivery Director and the extended team in executing our strategy and plan. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cohesive and aligned messaging is delivered in a timely and appropriate manner, as well as working closely with the Leadership Team and the wider communications community on the delivery of effective communications. Other responsibilities will include:
- Assist in designing and delivering an integrated product framework to help our business achieve its objectives.
- Collaborate with other functions to effectively communicate internal programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate communications, including planning and delivery, ensuring messaging is timely and appropriate.
- Work with wider GIS technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What you’ll need
Are you currently an undergraduate in your final year at university, or have you recently graduated?
We are looking for applicants who:
- Strong interest in Information Technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to devise and build presentations for different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum Master principles (AFe)
- Proficiency in project management frameworks
