Graduate Landscape Architect Job in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear
Our client is a multidisciplinary AJ100, who now has a Graduate Landscape Architect job available. This role offers a very competitive package of up to £30,000 annually, yearly bonus and international team trips.
They currently have a team of 10, in their Landscape Department in Newcastle, working on a range of projects including Education, Healthcare, Public realm regeneration and Offices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work at all stages of projects and a variety of project sectors
- Deliver high-quality results to agreed deadlines and cost
- Work with the Landscape team to develop and deliver design solutions
- Ensure all relevant regulations and standards are met
- Develop concepts and ideas
- Coordinate and communicate with the team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good capability to develop and produce technical design packages
- Relevant Landscape Architecture degree
- Strong conceptual landscape and public realm design skills
- Ability to work from the production of detailed design packages to delivering projects to the site
- Experience working across all RIBA stages including project running team leading and consultant liaison
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required for this role
- The ability to use Revit would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
