Job purpose
The role is to learn all aspects of the business with the view of becoming a Senior Leader after the training period which is expected to be 2 years, with multiple options for successful candidates whether that be sales, commercial, operational or financial leadership.
You will discover new opportunities, take ownership of important initiatives, learn at a fast pace and become part of the ABCA family.
Duties and responsibilities
The Program is a two-year rotational scheme which provides you with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills across our business functions and sectors, to help you to become a future leader for our business operations.
Across the 24 months you will rotate into 3 different areas of our business. Each 8 month rotation will allow you to access key skills and experience both at our profit centers and in our central functions:
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- A minimum of a 2:1 in a business management/ economics degree
- Excellent Computer Skills
Desirable
- Past experience working in a medium size business
- Desire to excel
- Experience working as a team leader
- Sales background would be advantageous
Personal Attributes
- Able to communicate and influence at a senior level
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player
