SalaryYou’ll be responsible for leading on marketing, while supporting the sales process to maintain the customer base and adding to it.
You’ll be working closely with the Director and will enjoy a varied role; you’ll have accountability to manage your main responsibilities, whilst also being exposed to all departments of the business. So there is huge potential for self-development and career progression.
You will be recognising and targeting contacts, ranging from OEM's (a company whose goods are used as components in the products of another company) to independent companies. They will be from many engineering sectors, such as Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport, Space, Science, and Electric Vehicles
You’ll be using various methods, including: marketing channels, email, phone calls, face to face meetings, events, and exhibitions.
You’ll get to use your creative skills to produce social media posts and articles. There will also be some work with photography and video creation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A Marketing degree, though other degrees are ok if you have some Marketing experience.
You’ll need to be happy speaking with people, as you’ll be building and maintaining good customer relationships.
You’ll also need to be happy working in the engineering sector (but you don't need to know anything about the industry yet).
Full training and support will be provided.

It’s a small friendly and dynamic team.
The office is based in Wallingford, a town to the south of Oxford; commutable from areas including Reading, Didcot, Abingdon, and High Wycombe.
