As they continue to expand, we are actively seeking a proven Survey Sales Team Leaderto join their collaborative team of seasoned sales professionals this year. This role is all about mentoring, setting goals, providing training, and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the survey sales team
• Manage team schedules, including holidays and absences
• Drive growth and achieve targets by leveraging team strengths and addressing weaknesses
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to scripts and deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide training and onboarding for both new and existing team members
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to manage performance and address development needs
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts and memberships
• Fulfil other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a Sales Team Leader role or similar position
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Knowledge and experience in the industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective people management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
