Debbie Burbage Recruitment is partnering with a distinguished client in Buckingham to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant. This position is available on a fixed-term contract basis for 6-8 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments efficiently.
- Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Resolving any invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
- Actively chasing overdue payments.
- Undertaking additional ad hoc tasks as necessary.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in Sales Ledger management and credit control. Proficiency in using Excel up to Pivot Table level is essential. We are looking for someone who is adept at meeting new people and can handle invoice disputes diplomatically and professionally.
Remuneration:
- Salary £26,000 - £28,000 pro-rata per annum depending on experience.
- 35 hours per week - office based
- 30 days holiday plus statutory days.
