Job Description

  • Customer account management support with project coordination and technical support
    • Be the first aider to the customer with troubleshooting, system start up, test and racetrack support
  • Supporting the commercial processes and the acquisition of new projects System design for Motorsport projects on the engine and chassis sides
  • Configuration of the Bosch Motorsport electronics (display, body computer, logging system)
  • Calibration of ECU/VCU and other Bosch Motorsport hardware
  • Take ownership of a product / product category and represent the customer requirements internally as well as give support across the team for that product

Qualifications


Essential skills:

  • Automotive, motorsport or mechanical engineering degree (2:1or higher)
  • Knowledge of engine hardware, combustion theory and thermodynamics for high-performance engines
  • Knowledge of direct injection and spark topics
  • Knowledge of network communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Etc)
  • Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness, ready to work under pressure and good organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Readiness to travel in UK and worldwide, readiness to work on weekends

Desirable skills:

  • Active passion for motorsport
  • Strategic thinking and business development skills
  • Experience in motorsport development, engine hardware development or high-performance engine calibration
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Bosch Motorsport products
  • Proficiency in German
