We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support our ambitious and growing Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate. Reporting to the Graduate Employment Manager, the postholder will contribute significantly to careers advice and initiatives for students and graduates which support the Directorate’s strategic priorities and ambitious corporate targets. Working in Careers+Placements, the successful candidate will join a passionate team who has a commitment to student success and actively supporting graduate progression through delivering a range of activities including: one to one appointments, targeted initiatives, extra-curricular employability events, on-course sessions and proactive engagement with external regional projects and employer engagement activities. The successful candidate will have a track record of working towards challenging targets, experience of working with a range of stakeholders and leading transformational activities. They will have the skills to communicate with and engage graduates, employers and University staff. They will be resourceful, resilient and committed to Graduate Outcomes.
