Applications are invited for the following post: Graduate Outcomes Careers Advisor Hours of Work: Full-time (1.0fte) Contract type: Permanent Salary: The starting salary will be from £25,138 up to £29,605 per annum in Grade 5, depending on qualifications and experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our ambitious and growing Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate in a new position. Reporting to the Graduate Employment Manager, the postholder will contribute significantly to careers advice and initiatives for students and graduates which support the Directorate’s strategic priorities and ambitious corporate targets. Working in Careers+Placements, the successful candidate will join a passionate team who has a commitment to student success and actively supporting graduate progression through delivering a range of activities including: one to one appointment, targeted initiatives, extra-curricular employability events, on-course sessions and proactive engagement with external regional projects and employer engagement activities. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting graduates and helping them to achieve their goals. This role is ideal for a candidate who would enjoy managing a large caseload of graduates in a target driven employability support role. They will have the skills to communicate with and engage graduates, employers and University staff whilst being confident working with large data sets and using technology to achieve success.
