Graduate Planning Assistant (Contract)

Graduate Planner (temp to September '24)Are you a recent graduate looking for an opportunity with a progressive company? Are you looking for some further industry experience during your placement year?If so, we have on offer a contract opportunity to work alongside a team of material planner as they transition to a new platform. Supportive working environment with full training and support.The role:* Managing the production materials from a global supply base* Inventory analysis and control* Liaising with Engineering, Quality and Production in terms of bills of materials, engineering and supplier changes* Work on Lean Projects to include supply chain optimisation to increase customer value* Continually improve the processes on data analytics* Other administration duties as requiredThe person:* Excellent Analytical, Communication and Presentation skills* Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office* Good understanding of working with data such as KPIs, stats, project milestones* Enthusiastic, self motivated & able to work on own initiative* Self starter working with minimum supervision* Have a passion for innovation and personal developmentBenefits:* Health Scheme, Cycle to work Scheme, Subsidised Canteen, Pension, Gym, early finish Friday at 1:30pm.Immediate opportunity based in Cookstown.Contact Judith to have a discussion today
