The role:
At this exciting time of growth, they are seeking ambitious Graduates with previous rail industry experience. No previous Project Management experience is required but you will be keen to develop your career. After training you will manage the smooth and effective rollout of trackside Rail Safety Technology to rail infrastructure projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the product, demonstrate its alignment with customer needs and value
- Strategically plan and executive pilots and deployments, effectively managing client demands and resource constraints
- Generate comprehensive reports, case studies, and proposals to aid pilot-to-deployment transitions
- Spend on-site time with clients for hands-on training and problem-solving
- Ambitious recent graduate keen to project into a technical Project Manager role.
- Must have worked in a trackside Rail infrastructure environment.
- Familiarity with trackside safety, including risks, terminology, culture, and systems
- Sound grasp of railway terminology and safety systems
- Possess a drivers licence and access to a vehicle and have a willingness to undertake expensed travel to rail infrastructure projects across the UK
- PTS certification
- PRINCE2 or similar project management qualifications
- Safe work pack planning experience
- Starting salary £30,000
- £5000 car allowance
